About 21:00 midday, 28th Serp, in Paris i The opening ceremony of the 17th Summer Paralympic Games has begun.
The official broadcaster of the Paralympic Games is the Suspension and the ceremony is three and a half years old.
The Paralympics, like the Olympics, will take place outside the athletics stadium. The ceremony will begin with a parade of all the participating countries on the Champs Elysees and will collapse to Zgodi Square.

Fencer Olena Fedota-Isaeva and oarsman Roman Polyansky are the ensigns of Ukraine at the recognition ceremony.
