The Green Bay Packers will be making 6,500 tickets available to their season ticket holders for the National Association finals next Sunday.
This is the same number of tickets that were offered in the second round game against the Los Angeles Rams on Saturday. It was the first time this season that the Packers had played a home game in front of spectators who had purchased tickets.
In all, 8,456 people witnessed the Packers’ 32-18 victory on Saturday. This total also included frontline healthcare workers and first responders who had been invited to the game.
The Packers have seen no spectators in their first four home games of the season,
Towards the end of November, they allowed team employees and their immediate family members to test security protocols at Lambeau Field in the event the team were to sell tickets to spectators .
Hundreds of frontline healthcare workers had also been invited to attend the Packers’ last two local games.
