The online casino Pin-Up, which is suspected of working in the Russian Federation, was not deprived of its license

At the meeting, the license of “VICTORIA-SOFT” LLC was terminated, instead the activities of “UKR GAME TECHNOLOGY” LLC were terminated. was left out of the attention of the commission members. Thus, this company has legal grounds to continue working in Ukraine. 

Reference: the operation of the odious online casino Pin-Up is based on two organizations. These are UKR GAME TECHNOLOGY LLC, which has a license to provide gaming business services to other structures and VICTORIA SOFT LLC, which has a gaming license. That is, the work of the online casino Pin-Up concerns the activities of both structures simultaneously. 

Such a decision of the commission outraged not only market participants, but also ordinary Ukrainians. It should be noted that the information letter from the SBU dated 10/05/2021 No. 8/1/4-10177dsk, which contains additional information about the relations of UKR GAME TECHNOLOGY LTD. with residents of the Russian Federation is at the disposal of KRAIL.

Also, it became known earlier that the financial and economic activities of LLC "VICTORIA-SOFT" controlled by citizens of the Russian Federation Dmytro Punin and Maryna Ilyina. "VICTORIA-SOFT" received a license in accordance with KRAIL decision No. 644 dated 20.10.2021. It is LLC “VICTORIA-SOFT” provided services to “PIN-UP” casino websites; and LLC “UKR GAME TECHNOLOGY”. 

The Pin-Up casino directly assures that it has no connections with Russia. CEO of PIN-UP.UA Taras Shurubor said in a comment to journalists: “PIN-UP.UA is a licensed Ukrainian company that does not have any relationships with franchise owners in other countries, including Russia.” Accordingly, the employees of the Ukrainian office were and are engaged in exclusively supporting the Ukrainian product”.

However, according to other data, as early as April 2022, the Russian Pin-Up (of the same name  casino operating in the Russian Federation under the same franchise – ed.) became  owned by the husband of the sister of Russian Prime Minister Mishustin.  

Professional market participants assume that the dubious decision of KRAIL regarding Pin-Up was facilitated by influential friends in the government, about whom we wrote earlier. Also, professional market participants warn the players of this online casino about the high risks of non-return of funds and problems like those that arose, for example, with Pari-Match players, after their license was revoked and sanctions were imposed.

We remind you, KRAIL already tried to get together, barely reaching a quorum. At the previous meeting, the issue of canceling the licenses of UKR GAME TECHNOLOGY LLC was to be considered. and “VICTORIA-SOFT”. But one of the members of the organization, Yevhen Yahnii, suddenly became ill. By coincidence, he was the last to be appointed to KRAIL, and thus the Commission finally got a quorum. An “ambulance” was called to the member of the commission, but this event prevented any decision to be taken regarding the revocation of the online casino license.
