“All work on this project is proceeding in accordance with the plan, at the moment a new design bureau is being formed for this project. It is noteworthy that the preliminary design of the reversible stage of the new Russian launch vehicle Krylo-SV was created at the FPI in the spring of last year. This development was carried out at that time by specialists from the Design Bureau named after I. Myasishchev. Around the same time, a publication appeared in the UAC “Gorizont” trade magazine, the authors of which specified that after the new rocket reached the planned height, the project was supposed to open the wing with the inclusion of jet engines. This arrangement, the authors of this invention are sure, will allow in the future to reuse the first stage of the rocket, returning it to Earth.
