The new Huawei Pura 70 Ultra flagship is presented

A new line of Huawei Pura 70 flagship smartphones has been officially presented in China. Among all, the Pura 70 Ultra stands out with the most impressive functions in the field of photography, and also has a number of other features that make the device unique among other models of this series.

Smartphone characteristics

The developers equipped the Huawei Pura 70 Ultra smartphone with a 6.8-inch OLED LTPO display that supports a resolution of 2844×1260 pixels and a pixel density of 460 PPI. This display is equipped with a panel with an adaptive screen refresh rate from 1 to 120 Hz, backlight brightness adjustment with a frequency of 1440 Hz and a touch sampling frequency of 300 Hz.

The screen is protected by second-generation Kunlun glass from mechanical damage. The front camera, located in the hole at the top of the display, has a 13-megapixel sensor.

One of the key features of the new Huawei smartphone is the presence of a 1-inch 50-megapixel sensor with a mechanically rotating telescopic lens that can expand and contract.

The camera system also includes a 40-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 50-megapixel telephoto lens with support for macro photography and optical image stabilization. All three sensors are housed in a massive triangular block with rounded corners.

The main camera has a variable aperture from f/1.6 to f/4.0 and anti-shake technology in the process of image stabilization, which ensures professional shooting quality.

The camera is capable of taking clear pictures at speed up to 300 km/h, and the sensor mechanism has been tested for durability, confirming the ability to withstand at least 300,000 cycles of expansion and compression. In addition, 3.5x optical and 100x digital zoom are supported.

The hardware base of the Huawei Pura 70 Ultra is the proprietary Kirin 9010 microprocessor. The smartphone will be available in versions with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB or 1 TB of storage.

For autonomous operation, a 5,200 mAh battery is provided /h with support for wired charging of up to 100 W, wireless charging of 80 W and reverse wireless charging of 20 W.

The smartphone runs on the HarmonyOS 4.2 platform with support for functions based on artificial intelligence. Satellite communication is supported, and wireless connectivity is provided by built-in Wi-Fi 802.11ax and Bluetooth 5.2 adapters. The fingerprint scanner is integrated into the screen.

Other parameters and price

The dimensions of the smartphone are 162, 6×75, 1×8.4 mm, and the weight is 226 grams. Potential buyers will be able to choose between black, white, green and brown body options.

As for the price, the version of the Pura 70 Ultra with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal memory is estimated at around $1,380 (54,700 hryvnias), and for a model with 1 TB of internal memory, you will have to pay about $1,520 (60,245 hryvnias).
