A soldier with his wife During 2020-2022, they acquired a number of real estate objects.

The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, during the monitoring of the lifestyle, discovered unsubstantiated assets in the amount of UAH 4.4 million from the head of the Sambir district territorial center of procurement and social support. This is reported by the NASK.

It was established that the declarant and his wife purchased a number of real estate objects during 2020-2022. Voenkom explained that the real estate was purchased at the expense of the family's savings for the previous period, the wages of family members, as well as a gift from the mother in the amount of $42 thousand.

However, during the analysis of the declarant's income and family expenses in recent years , the NAZK established that the head of the Sambir district TCC did not have the opportunity to purchase property in a legal way. The difference between the value of real estate and the family's official income is more than UAH 4.4 million.

The NAKC noted that the lifestyle monitoring materials regarding the military commission were handed over to the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) to resolve the issue of applying to court with a claim to declare the assets unfounded and collect them as state revenue.

We remind you, September 19. a video showing a man in military uniform beating a man in civilian clothes was circulated on social networks. On September 20, the deputy head of one of the departments of the Sambir district TCC and SP, as well as the military serviceman-driver of this department, were informed of the suspicion of torture and illegal deprivation of liberty.

According to the investigation, residents of Kharkiv and Kryvyi Rih tried to illegally cross the border and get to Poland. The border guards detained them, drew up a report on violation of the rules for crossing the state border, and sent them to the military commissariat for military registration.

At the military commissariat, they tried to force both men to “voluntarily” pass a military medical commission for further mobilization, which they did not agree to. One of the victims was kept in the premises of the Military Commissariat for 10 days, the other – 7.
