Used cars from the USA/Next Car
In Ukraine, the number of cars imported from the United States is increasing every year. Last month alone, more than 3,300 used cars from the USA were registered.
This is 19% of all used cars registered for the first time in February. This is reported by UkrAvtoprom.
Compared to February 2023, the demand for “Americans” with mileage in Ukraine increased by 77%. p>
The largest share of this number (48%) is cars with gasoline engines. Almost a third are electric cars. 7% belongs to hybrids and cars with HBO. The rest of this segment of the car market was covered by diesel cars.
The TOP-5 used cars manufactured in the USA included:
1. TESLA Model 3 – 373 units;
2. TESLA Model Y – 256 units;
3. JEEP Cherokee – 212 units;
4. VOLKSWAGEN Passat – 208 units;
5. FORD Escape – 201 units.
The average age of “Americans” with mileage that added to the Ukrainian fleet last month is 6.3 years.
