Scientists, based on the results of a number of studies, have compiled a list of the most common consequences of coronavirus. The corresponding work was organized by the staff of the University of Paris in France.
Unpleasant symptoms in coronavirus survivors can make themselves felt even 110 days after recovery. Against this background, experts insist that there is a need for long-term monitoring of those who have had COVID-19, since this area has not yet been sufficiently studied. Over 50% of citizens experience increased fatigue, while another 34% notice memory impairment. Sleep problems, including insomnia, make themselves felt in 31% of cases.
Scattered attention is encountered by 28% of those who have had an infection. Common “side effects” include shortness of breath and hair loss, Nation News reports. In addition, some brain functions may be impaired, and the consequence lasts for two years.
