< p> Thus the state will not be able to pay them about 0.5 billion hryvnia of social benefits in June. For the same reason, another 300 thousand pensioners will not receive their money either.

“If a person remains in the occupied territory, we have a mechanism for centralized calculation of all payments, because local social protection agencies do not work there», — the minister said.

However, Lazebnaya assured that these payments will not go anywhere – the money will be kept on people’s personal accounts.

“At the moment, according to the reports of banks and Ukrposhta, we see that we have about 300 thousand people to whom we cannot deliver pensions in any way. But, I emphasize, these pensions will still be waiting for their owners. We just need to leave the occupied territories,” Lazebna said.

< p>Social payments and pensions can be received on a bank card, but, we remind you, it is impossible to withdraw cash from ATMs in the temporarily occupied territories.

Where there is such an opportunity, Ukrposhta will make payments.

Let's add that the Pension Fund is currently completing the recalculation of pensions, which will take place automatically from July 1 due to the increase in the subsistence minimum.

For the vast majority of pensioners, the main increase occurred during the indexation in March, and now The increase will mainly affect: minimum pensions for war invalids – the amount of the increase will be up to UAH 600; allowances for excess service, raises for war veterans and labor veterans; increases to UAH 810 of state care assistance for single pensioners over 80 years old.
