“We are now considering this in fact, the Ministry of Energy should make a proposal in the near future. In principle, we are considering this instrument additionally, because the demand is growing and we need to provide the domestic market in full, ”he told reporters.
The possibility of banning the export of gasoline was made possible by the Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Nikolai Shulginov after on July 22 the price of AI-95 gasoline in the course of trading on the St. Petersburg International Commodity Exchange updated its historical maximum, for the first time exceeding 60,000 rubles. per ton.
