The Ministry of Education and Science (MES) of Ukraine recommends holding psychological moments in schools. This should relieve stress and prepare students for the lesson.
As noted in the letter, the full-scale war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine critically affects the state of psychological health of participants in the educational process and the direct organization of education. Over the past year, the psychological condition of students has worsened. Compared to the beginning of February 2022, the number of students who feel anxious, tense, and tired has increased by almost two times compared to the beginning of February 2022.
The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine recommends that teachers introduce psychological moments during the lesson that will help students cope with stress and its consequences, emotionally adjust to the lesson, to fruitful work, thanks to which a favorable atmosphere will be created that will allow children to relax, relieve emotional tension, restore a sense of security and psycho-emotional comfort, which is a natural stabilization mechanism.
< em>"Regular implementation of psychological moments at a convenient time and on the right occasion will help the student to become calmer, more balanced, and will also make it possible to better understand his feelings. The teacher must decide for himself when and at what time to have a psychological moment,” the letter says. Prepared by: Serhiy Daga.
