The Ministry of Defense allowed the use of “Tavria” BM in the army

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has allowed the combat module “Tavria” to be used in the army.

It is noted that BM “Tavria” — this is a remote controlled turret. It is equipped with two machine guns, one of which — large-caliber The module is intended for installation on armored vehicles or robotic platforms.

“Tavria” has a modern control system for capturing and tracking targets, and is also equipped with armored protection against bullets and debris. In addition, the BM can aim fire at moving objects at any time of the day.

Recall that on October 28, the Ministry of Defense codified and allowed the use of the Safari HG-105M semi-automatic shotgun in units of the Defense Forces. It can be used as a small-arms weapon in confined space combat, and the use of shotgun pellets will allow you to fight enemy FPV drones.

As reported by the ministry, the Safari HG-105M shotgun is made using bullpup technology. This arrangement reduces the overall length of the gun without reducing the length of the barrel. The use of such bullpup technology allows you to shift the center of gravity to the center of the weapon, which reduces the load on the shooter during long-term use.

The weapon is designed to use 12-gauge cartridges with a magazine capacity of five or 10 rounds. The weight of the gun — more than four kilograms.

On October 23, the Ministry of Defense codified the “Targan” unmanned ground robotic complex. It has “small dimensions”, which makes it possible to transport it in a minibus or on a car trailer. The ground robot itself can transport up to two hundredweights of cargo. Depending on the needs, it also expands the transportation of ammunition, food and equipment.

It is noted that the silent electric motor, rubber wheels and design features allow the drone to move undetected across the battlefield for a considerable distance.

Also. Earlier, the Ministry of Defense approved the delivery of the multi-functional Ukrainian-made “Chaklun” drone. It is built according to the aircraft scheme and works efficiently even in bad weather conditions.
