Moscow Mayor Serhiy Sobyanin announced the shooting down of a drone that was allegedly flying to Moscow on the night of September 7. He reported this in Telegram.

Tonight in the Ramensky District by air defense forces the attempted drone attack on Moscow was stopped.

The Ramen district is located 50 kilometers from the center of Moscow.

Russian Telegram channels report that the drone was allegedly shot down near Zhukovsky International Airport.

At the same time, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia reported that they were extinguishing a powerful fire at a warehouse in the suburbs of Moscow. The fire area is more than 1,000 square meters. 78 people and 26 pieces of equipment work on site.
