< p > during an investigation with & Rsquo; the man had to leave a bag with a homemade explosive device at the entrance to the military administrative building. At this point, the Russian special services planned to remove the explosives with their agent remotely.

< p > SBU staff detained the suspect before they had managed to blow up the explosive. According to the investigation, a probable suburb was an unemployed inhabitant of Cherkasy, who was looking for a quick earning in a telegram.
