Entertainment, who has blocked it for copyright reasons,” it reads. 

< p>On Reddit, the discontent was heard. In reaction to a publication, Internet users strongly criticized Warner's maneuver and the way in which the video was released. simply removed, after 15 years of life on YouTube and 13 million views.

The fact that WB is so petty somewhat dampens my motivation to spend money on this project.”laments another. 

However,the video was ultimately released. restored on YouTube on the morning of May 10, to the delight of fans. Indeed, taking into account the fact that the fan film in question respects the copyright policy, the project being to non-profit, YouTube has interceded; in favor of creators in the face of Warner Bros. A great defeat!

The Hunt for Gollum is thereforethe third official post-Peter Jacksonproject, after the series rie The Rings of Power (season 2 of which is due to land on Prime Video later this year), and the animated filmThe Lord of the Rings: War of the Rohirrim, as for expected on December 13 at the cinema.
