Lithuanian drone manufacturer Granta Autonomy presented at the Paris arms exhibition its obstacle-resistant reconnaissance UAV Hornet XR, which the company's employees tested on the front lines in Ukraine.

It is noted that last year Granta Autonomy representatives spent a lot of time in Ukraine, testing and improving data transmission channels their drones. Thanks to this, the developers managed to create a system that is completely resistant to interference.

The director of the company emphasized that his specialists launched the drone directly above the Russian troops, and did not notice the effect of radio-electronic warfare on the device.

Drone Built on feedback from previous systems, the Hornet XR is silent and nearly invisible in the air. Its wingspan is 1.6 meters, length – 0.84 meters, and the mass is 2.9 kilograms. The drone has a transmission range of at least 30 kilometers.
