The laptop battery may not “sit down” much longer: how to properly charge it

Laptops have become an integral part of everyone's life. However, if you're working remotely with this gadget, you need to know how to properly charge it so it doesn't fail too quickly. We previously told you how to clean your laptop keyboard, and now we're sharing how to charge it to make the battery last longer.

It's proper charging that helps extend the life of your device.

  • Turn on power saving mode. You can do this in the “Power and sleep options” menu. This will keep the laptop focused on efficiency, not productivity.
  • Reduce the brightness of the screen. A bright display significantly reduces the battery life of the laptop.
  • Turn off the keyboard backlight. This function is very convenient, but it consumes a lot of battery power. Therefore, it is better to turn it off if the battery life of the device is important to you.
  • Keep to the correct temperature regime. If you store and keep them at room temperature, the device will not overheat. You should also not put it on soft surfaces during feeding.
