A resident of Japan has been collecting pebbles that got stuck in the soles of his shoes for a year, writes Oddity Central. Now he's showing off his collection to social media users.

Neruno Daisuki, a Japanese artist, has gone viral on social media by showing off his collection of rocks and glass he's pulled out of sneaker soles over the last year. To be more precise, the man managed to collect 179 pebbles, 32 shards of glass and 1 nut.

"When I was cleaning out the pebbles stuck in my sneakers, I thought it was a pity to throw them away and decided it would be interesting to start collecting them”, — he said.

However, not everyone appreciated Neruno's collection. According to some people, the man wasted his time doing useless work. Others envied Daisuki's patience and were inspired by his hobby.

“I want to use this idea during the summer holidays at school”, — commentator wrote.
