Insider ShrimpApplePro has shared new information about the iPhone 16 Pro.
According to him, Apple will change the ionization process of the back panel glass, thanks to which the possibility of painting it in new colors will become available. The smartphone will come in four shades: black, gray, white and pink.
The process itself looks like this:
Ultra-thin metal ions embed color into the glass with a unique formula for each color. The glass is then polished with nanocrystalline particles and etched to create a textured matte finish.
