The International Weightlifting Federation did not allow Russians to the World Championships

< p>The Executive Committee of the International Weightlifting Federation (IWF) did not admit a single Russian athlete to the World Championship. This is reported by the IWF.

The committee approved the list of neutral athletes admitted to the tournament. It included 12 Belarusian athletes, 7 members of the service staff and 1 technical judge.

Not a single representative of Russia was admitted to the competition.

BAGNET notes that the championship of the world will take place from September 2 to 17.
