Ingredients :
- Smoked chicken fillet 200 grams
- Cucumber 1 piece
- Radish 100 grams
- Boiled potatoes 200 grams
- 2 boiled eggs
- Dill
- Parsley
- Green onion
- White horseradish 2 tablespoons< /li>
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lemon
- Ayran 500 grams
- Carbonated mineral water 350 grams

Preparation:
- Separate the egg into white and yolk. Grind the yolk with horseradish, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
- Cut the boiled potatoes and egg white into cubes.
- Cut the radish, cucumber and fillet into strips.
- Cut greens.
