The document amends art. 430 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. According to the explanatory note to the draft law, now individual entrepreneurs, lawyers, etc. pay their own contributions for OPS and OMS. If the income for the billing period does not exceed 300 thousand rubles, the contribution is paid in a fixed amount: in 2020 – 32 448 rubles. by OPS. When income exceeds the threshold of 300 thousand rubles, the contribution for the MPI is increased by a fixed amount + 1.0% of the income. Under the compulsory medical insurance, the contribution remains fixed regardless of the amount of income – in 2020 it is 8,426 rubles.
In 2021, the government proposes to leave the fixed contribution for mandatory health insurance and compulsory medical insurance at the level of 2020, without changing the indicators (32,448 and 8,426 rubles, respectively), and from 2022 to start increasing them by the growth rate of the average monthly accrued wages – based on the data of the forecast of socio-economic development of the Russian Federation.
Thus, in 2022, the MPI contribution will increase to 34,445 rubles, in 2023 – to 36,723 rubles. The contribution for compulsory medical insurance will increase to 8,766 rubles. in 2022 and 9,119 rubles. in 2023, the note says.
