The goal of the USA is the prosperity of Ukraine, – Blinken
Russia's invasion of Ukraine demonstrated that an attack in one point of the planet will harm people everywhere, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said, Voice of America reports.
"Our goal is for Ukraine not just to survive, but to flourish as a dynamic, successful democracy,", – noted Blinken.
The Secretary of State added that thanks to the extraordinary courage and resilience of the Ukrainian people and the support of partners, “Putin's war continues to be a strategic failure of Russia”.
“Ukrainians can write for themselves “your future”, – Blinken expressed his confidence.
In addition, he added that thanks to the partnership in resisting the Russian invasion of Ukraine, NATO countries have improved their deterrence and defense forces, strengthened the eastern flank and increased investments in defense to meet new challenges.
