The frames of the Galaxy S25 Ultra smartphone will be thinner than those of the iPhone 16 Pro Max

Galaxy S25 Ultra smartphone bezels will be thinner than iPhone 16 Pro Max

Insider @UniverseIce on X/Twitter reports that Galaxy S25 Ultra bezels will be 0.2mm thinner than the Galaxy S24 Ultra, which will make them thinner than the iPhone 16 Pro Max.

The iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max models have already impressed with their very thin bezels, which are thinner than the previous models and the series Galaxy S24. Because of this, Samsung received a lot of criticism.

In addition, the insider shared a new render of the Galaxy S25 Ultra. In the image, the phone looks similar to previous leaks, showing a display with more rounded corners than its predecessor.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to have a 6.9-inch screen, just like the iPhone 16 Pro Max. However, thanks to thinner bezels, the phone will be slightly shorter and narrower, which should improve the comfort of holding.

As for the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+, the dimensions of their bezels have not yet been revealed. More details are likely to be revealed closer to the Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event in February.

Other specifications of the Galaxy S25 Ultra are expected to include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset, up to 16GB of RAM, improved cameras, One UI 7.1 on based on Android 15, satellite communication and an improved charging system.
