14-year-old karting driver Aleksandr Bondarev joined the professional racing academy Williams Racing and may become the first ever Ukrainian driver in Formula -1. The racer's partner is the Favbet Foundation, which supports initiatives in the field of education, health and sports development.

I always knew that participation in the program for young drivers of Formula 1 is crucial, and I will work hard to justify the trust placed in me by James and Sven,", – Alexander tells.
Williams Racing Sporting Director Sven Smits commented on this news: “We are pleased to announce that Alexander has joined the Williams Racing Academy. He – a valuable young talent that we have been watching for some time. At the age of 14, he already has several exceptional achievements, in particular, victory at the FIA-CIK European Championship in 2023. Alexander showed great potential at an early age, and we look forward to the opportunity to support his development as he continues his journey in karting.
