A few days ago, the first renderings of the Galaxy S25 Ultra, created on the basis of CAD data, appeared, and today similar images for the standard Galaxy S25 model appeared online.
The new phone is expected to be slightly smaller than its predecessor in all dimensions, measuring 146.9 x 70.4 x 7.2 mm compared to its predecessor's 147 x 70.6 x 7.6 mm.
The design of the Galaxy S25 will be similar to the S24, but with thinner bezels (if these renders are accurate) and a new look for the camera rings on the back. Perhaps the flat sides will remain the same until Apple decides to change the bezel style, which could prompt other Android manufacturers to make similar changes.

Galaxy S25 will probably be equipped with an Exynos chipset (probably Exynos 2500) or Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 — there is conflicting information about this. The novelty will have 12 GB of RAM, and the initial amount of built-in memory will remain at the level of 128 GB. The battery capacity is also likely to remain at 4,000 mAh.
According to sources, the official launch of the Galaxy S25 family is planned for the week starting January 13.
