A drone destroyed a huge Russian ammunition depot

The attack took place at night and led to the destruction of a significant stockpile of rockets, artillery shells, tank shells and ammunition for small arms.

The governor of the Voronezh region, Oleksandr Gusev, said that allegedly all the drones were shot down, but the fragments fell on “explosive objects”; in the warehouse, causing detonation. Gusev did not specify the number of drones involved.

At the same time, the Ministry of Defense of Russia was not informed about the interception of drones in the Voronezh region. However, they confirmed the fact that the aircraft was shot down over the Belgorod region.

Local residents reported that they heard powerful explosions and then intense detonations throughout the night. A plume of smoke from the site can still be seen several kilometers away.

This ammunition depot is a critical supply point for Russian troops fighting in Ukraine. The loss of this object can significantly affect their material and technical capabilities.
