This means that the daily limit should not exceed 4 liters. If we are talking about an average strength of the drink, you need to limit yourself to two and a few liters, and the dose of strong tea is within 1.8 liters. The doctor pointed out that in general, tea is useful, and it is quite difficult to “overdose” yourself with it. At the same time, the drink is rich in a large number of antioxidants useful for the body.
