At the same time, Shpakovsky recalled that taking care of the health of the back, but also of the eyes while working at the computer is worth taking care of.
The screen should be at face level. This will help to relax the muscles of the cervical spine and upper shoulder girdle, and also prevent the development of osteochondrosis, which also threatens the most unpleasant sensations. In this case, every one or two hours, an exercise should be performed to rest the eyes. The doctor recommends focusing your gaze on a distant object and then on a near object and repeating this for several minutes. This simple manipulation helps to relax the muscles of the optic organ.
