The "Diya" application has resumed ordering digital copies for institutions and enterprises

The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine announced the resumption of the Diya.QR service, which simplifies interaction between citizens and businesses in matters of document exchange. This was reported by the press service of Diya.

The updated functionality allows Diya users to send digital copies of their documents to institutions and enterprises in PDF format.

The process of transferring documents is as simple as possible: the user only needs to scan the QR code of the institution, confirm the request using Diya.Signature, after which the system automatically generates an email with the necessary documents.

“This innovative solution allows you to completely abandon paper document flow and significantly speeds up the interaction between business and clients”, – The press service of “Diya” notes.

The service is part of the overall strategy for digitizing public services and is aimed at increasing the efficiency of business processes in Ukraine. The innovation is especially relevant in the context of the growing need for remote communication and document exchange.
