Nvidia developers unveiled the world's most powerful digital cluster for artificial intelligence

Oracle and Nvidia presented the world's largest cloud cluster for artificial intelligence, which is equipped with 131 072 Nvidia accelerators B200 (Blackwell). The system will be the first capable of achieving 2.4 zettaflops (FP8) performance.

The cluster will start operating in the first half of 2025, but customers can already place orders for bare-metal instances and OCI Supercluster.

The new Oracle cluster significantly exceeds similar solutions in volumes from AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud. In addition, Oracle offers other cluster options equipped with NVIDIA A100, H100, H200 and L40S accelerators. Next year, it is expected to launch clusters based on GB200 NVL72 with more than 100 000 accelerators.

Also, customers will have access to powerful instances with various connection options and high bandwidth for efficient work with large amounts of data and artificial intelligence.
