The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine chose a precautionary measure for the First Deputy Minister of Agrarian of politics and food to Taras Vysotsky in the form of a pledge of UAH 805,000. the Specialized Anti-corruption Prosecutor's Office reported.

The First Deputy Minister of Agricultural Policy will be assigned procedural duties: to appear at the request of the detective, the prosecutor and the court; not to leave the city of Kyiv without the permission of the detective, the prosecutor and the court; to notify the detective, prosecutor or court about a change of place of residence and work; to refrain from communicating with another suspect – the former Deputy Minister of Economy and witnesses; hand over to the relevant state authorities your passport(s) for traveling abroad, other documents giving the right to leave Ukraine and enter Ukraine. October 2023. The issue of appealing the preventive measure will be resolved after reading the full text of the court decision.

SAP reminded that on August 24, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) charged the First Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine Vysotskyi in the abuse of UAH 62.5 million during the purchase of food products to meet the needs of the state during the period of martial law.
