The Kyiv court transferred UAH 500 million to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine of an agricultural company from the Luhansk region, the owner of which, after the Russian invasion on February 24, re-registered it with the occupation registration and tax authorities. This was reported Office of the Prosecutor General.< /p>
The founder of one of the Ukrainian agricultural societies, together with representatives of the so-called "LPR" carried out the re-registration of the company in the registration and tax authorities of the occupying authorities of the Russian Federation. In the future, he tried to withdraw funds from controlled accounts in one of the banks of Ukraine.
As part of the investigation, the bank accounts of the company and its founder were arrested , and the funds placed on them in the amount of almost UAH 500 million were transferred to the benefit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The prosecutor's office does not indicate the name of the enterprise, but the court register there is information about "Aidar" from Krasny Pol (Luhansk region), which was under occupation in early March, and in May tried to withdraw more than UAH 40 million from their bank accounts.
After that, the funds were arrested and deposited with the National Agency for Identification, search and management of corruption assets (ARMA).
