The company Xiaomi disappointed its fans due to unpleasant changes in smartphones

The company Xiaomi is preparing for changes in the configuration of its new smartphones, in particular, the rejection of some accessories. According to information published by Phone Arena, the European market has already seen a new budget smartphone from Xiaomi – Redmi 13, which does not come with a power supply unit. Previously, even base models received chargers in the box.

In other words, Redmi 13 users will have to purchase a power supply from a separate category of Xiaomi products. This approach is similar to the strategy used by Apple in recommending chargers to buyers separately from new iPhones.

While Xiaomi has yet to make an official statement or comment on these changes, the source confirms that this may indicate a general trend at the company refuse to equip your devices with chargers. This practice is likely to remain with the flagship models, which will continue to come with branded chargers, but even for them the policy may change over time.

These changes in the configuration indicate that smartphone manufacturers are focused on optimizing costs and increasing profitability through the retail sale of additional accessories.
