Handsfree Backpack Power Stations are sold complete with special backpacks and can generate energy even on cloudy days.

Bluetti has introduced new portable Handsfree Backpack Power Stations in two versions that, in particular, can generate energy from the sun. The Verge writes about it.

The publication describes the Handsfree 1 Backpack Power Stations and Handsfree 2 Backpack Power Stations as solar generators that will help you “ignore nature.” They are designed for hikers, photographers, rock climbers, motorcyclists, campers, adventurers and bikepackers.

For transportation, Bluetti has developed special backpacks, the side of which provides access to all entrances and exits, so the owner does not need to take out the station, to charge gadgets. These ports can also be monitored and controlled via Bluetooth from the Bluetti app.

Handsfree 1 Backpack Power Stations comes with a 42L backpack. This charging station has a power of up to 300W and a battery capacity of 268.8Wh, and is equipped with a 60W solar panel. This is enough to charge a DJI Mavic 3 or a laptop about three times. For its part, the Handsfree 2 Backpack Power Stations has up to 700W, capacity/512Wh, includes a 120W solar panel and fits into a 60L backpack.

The backpacks have plenty of gear pockets, and also Molle straps for outside carry. The backpacks are waterproof, but Bluetti offers a rain cover. The weight of the backpacks themselves is not specified.

The official Bluetti website says that the Handsfree Backpack Power Stations can charge up to 5 devices at the same time, including a drone, a controller, a camera, a smartphone and a laptop. Thanks to the innovative Fragmented Solar Charging technology, stations automatically activate charging when sunlight is detected.

“Even on overcast days, you will experience efficient charging, extending battery life for longer trips,” — emphasized the manufacturer.
