Cardiologist Herman Gandelman has become a guest of the Live Healthy program. The specialist shared his experience, voicing the measures that should be taken with increased pressure. If this rate starts to rise, he noted, there is no need to take medicine right away. First of all, you need to slow down the processes in the body. This can be achieved by lying down and resting. After a 1.5-hour break, you need to re-check your blood pressure readings.
Only after rest can it be concluded whether the increase in the indicator is a violation of the heart. If the pressure has not dropped, you can take a special remedy or contact a physician and ask that advice.
