The armor of the howitzer cabin withstands a direct hit from the Russian Lancet kamikaze drone, which ensures the safety of the crew,” the Ministry of Defense said.
It is noted that it was first used in combat in 2022, in 2023- it – was officially adopted.
In December 2023, President Volodymyr Zelenskyi announced an increase in the production of “Bohdan” self-propelled guns to six units per month.
