The Android 15 operating system has received a major update from Google

Google has released another update for Android and Pixel, and it really pleased me! Firstly, now the generation of subtitles for videos will work better, which is nice in itself. But what impressed me most was the updated version of the Lookout application, which helps people with visual impairments get descriptions of photos and objects. Now, thanks to the integration of the Gemini 1.5 neural network, the descriptions have become much more accurate and detailed. This is a really cool step, because Google continues to actively integrate artificial intelligence into its services, as they announced at I/O this year.

What is known

And what is also nice, they have improved their AI assistant Gemini Assistant. Now it can play music from Spotify, which was previously lacking. Compared to the traditional Google Assistant, it now looks much more functional. This will definitely make interacting with it much more convenient.

In addition, there are such cool little things as stickers in Gboard via Emoji Kitchen, the ability to share photos via QR code in Quick Share, as well as an improved system for scanning documents and receipts via Google Drive. All of these new features will, of course, be available on Android 15, but some of them can also be found on older versions of the OS.

And if you also have a Pixel, then you're in for a treat, because this update will bring a few more new features. In particular, the Circle to Search function in Screenshots will be improved, and you can also save search results directly in the application. This is another cool step from Google to make using its devices even more convenient and interesting.
