Tesla electric cars and Optimus robots will switch to private 5G networks

Tesla intends to connect its electric cars and Optimus robots through private 5G networks connecting server infrastructure facilities and terminal devices.

This is reported by Electrek.

This will allow cars and robots to operate at the highest speed of information transfer, which is especially important for Tesla's Autopilot.

Although Tesla previously used 3G and 4G networks, it plans to switch to private 5G networks in the future. This will allow it to optimize the operation of its cars and robots, as well as use them in public 5G networks.

It is worth noting that the successful implementation of private 5G networks by Tesla will significantly increase the performance of its cars and robots.
