Category 3 hurricane Milton continues to rage in the United States. It has already passed through Central Florida, causing significant destruction, leaving at least 3.3 million customers without power, tornado casualties have also been recorded, and the famous Disneyland amusement park was flooded, The New York Times reports.
Milton hit the Florida coast on Wednesday at around 8:30 pm local time. Wind speeds were more than 195 km/h. The storm knocked out power to more than 2.2 million homes and businesses and caused extensive damage, destroying about 125 homes.

Its center was moving offshore Thursday morning into the Atlantic Ocean north of the Bahamas. Rain and wind were still battering cities including Daytona Beach and Orlando.
“The center of Milton is moving away from the east coast of Florida and has continued to rotate further into the Atlantic,” the National Hurricane Center said.
Milton is reported to be tore the roof off Tropicana Field, a baseball stadium in St. Petersburg, Florida, threw a tower crane onto a building in downtown Tampa and spawned a tornado that killed people across the coast from where it made landfall, carving a destructive path across Central Florida.
