Tennis player Krejčíková is tenth in the ranking after her triumph in San Diego

London – After winning the title in San Diego, Czech tennis player Barbora Krejčíková improved in ranking to tenth place. Staron's world number one in doubles is Kateřina Siniaková. Belarus's Aryna Sabalenková still leads the singles ranking.

27-year-old Krejčíková defeated American Sofia Keninová 6:4, 2:6 and 6:4 in Sunday's final. After winning the seventh title in her career and the second this year, she improved by three places in the WTA ranking.

Then she also succeeded in the doubles, in which Siniakova was defeated in the final by the domestic pair Danielle Collins, Coco Vandeweghe 6:1 and 6 :4. Thanks to their joint 16th triumph, Siniaková returned to the position of world number one, Krejčíková is fifth in the doubles rankings.

The Czech number one in singles is the reigning Wimbledon champion Markéta Vondroušová, ranked sixth. This year's French Open finalist Karolína Muchová is in eighth place.
