Tender and juicy chicken hearts: an appetizing recipe from Olga Ryabenko

This dish is incredibly tasty and tender. Both children and adults will definitely like it.

Ukrainian chef Olga Ryabenko decided to cook fried chicken hearts. She shared the recipe on Instagram.

Now I will tell you how to prepare a healthy, inexpensive and very tasty dinner. Even if you don't like offal, you will definitely like this dish and will surprise your guests or your loved ones, Ryabenko writes.


  • Chicken hearts – 500 g;

  • Onion – 1 pc;

  • Garlic – 3 cloves;

  • Oil – 20 g;

  • Mushrooms – 150 g;

  • < p>Spice for chicken – 1 tsp;

  • Salt;

  • Lemon pepper;

  • Paprika – ½ tsp;

  • Turmeric – ½ tsp;

  • Mustard – 1 tsp;

  • Flour – 1 tbsp;

  • Bullion or water – 350 ml;< /p>

  • Cream – 75 ml;

  • Parsley.

Cooking process:

1. Wash the hearts and cut off excess fat.

2. Cut in half, but not all the way, cover with film and beat.

3. Add salt, chicken seasoning and lemon pepper. Leave for 15 minutes.

4. Fry the hearts on a heated pan, stirring constantly for 7 minutes and put aside.

5. In the same pan, fry the onion, garlic and mushrooms. Fry the onions until transparent.

6. Put the hearts next to the vegetables and pour the broth.

7. Add paprika, turmeric, mustard and salt. Mix everything and add cream. Cook for another 2 minutes.

8. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
