Technical characteristics of the American strategic bomber B-1B Lancer revealed

Military media Army Recognition reports: American strategic bombers B-1B Lancer were deployed to Andersen military base on the island of Guam as part of the Bomber Task Force (BTF) program. The measures are aimed at strengthening the American presence in the Indo-Pacific region and demonstrating support for allies and partners.

The B-1B Lancer, known for its ability to quickly penetrate enemy-controlled airspace, is capable of carrying up to 34 tons of ammunition, including cruise missiles, precision bombs and hypersonic weapons. This platform plays a key role in deterring potential threats, especially from China, against the backdrop of growing tensions in the region.

This deployment is part of the US strategy to ensure the flexible use of its air forces and the ability to respond quickly to crisis situations. During their mission, the B-1B will participate in joint exercises with allies from Japan, South Korea and Australia.

It is also noted that this operation is a response to China's activities, including provocative exercises near Taiwan and growing military activity in the South China Sea. The presence of the B-1B Lancer in Guam signals the US's readiness to maintain stability and security in the region, reaffirming Washington's commitment to the defense of its allies.
