Ingredients:
- 1 kilogram of mussels
- 30 grams of oil ( olive)
- 100 grams of onion
- 50 grams of celery stalk
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 200 grams of white dry wine
- 1 gram of dry chili pepper (optional)
- 2 grams of ground black pepper
- 7 grams of salt
- 5 grams of parsley
- 1/2 lemons for serving

Method of preparation:
- Thoroughly wash the mussels under cold water and clean the shell from the dirt with a knife. Discard the ones that don't close when pressed.
- In a large pan, add olive oil and add the finely chopped onion and fry until translucent for 2-3 minutes, then add the garlic and sliced celery, fry for another 1-2 minutes.
- Add the mussels to the pot, mix with the onion and garlic, pour in the white wine and add the red pepper (if using). Cover the pan with a lid and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes until the mussels open.
- Pour the cream into the pan and stir. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, uncovered, until the sauce thickens a bit.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges.
Let it taste! These mussels can give you the feeling of summer and somewhat delay the onset of autumn, even though September is already outside the window.
