However, after four seasons, the service announced last February that this horror series will not be renewed. While the last episode was released on August 22, fans of Evil are disappointed.
This horror series by the couple Robert and Michell King will therefore not have the right to another season. And this, to the great displeasure of the master of horror: Stephen King.

The Maine-born writer said that the Evil series was brilliant, funny and also “it's witty and it's very, very clever.”A compliment to which actress Katja Herbers, who plays Kristen Bouchard, responded by thanking King. Since then, she has been asking for the series to have a fifth season. Indeed, just like her two acting partners, Mike Colter and Aasif Mandvi, she does not want Evil to end.
The American author also responded to the call from the show's lead actress by saying that the series was “intelligent, stimulating, sometimes very scary“. And added:
