The media assumed , that the basis for the new UAV was the UX11 drone, created for photogrammetric purposes. It has a solid polystyrene body, a wingspan of 1.1 m and is powered by a two-bladed pusher propeller and an electric motor located at the rear of the wing. Its mass together with the payload is 1.5 kg, autonomy — 80 min, cruising speed — 54 km/h. Deployment of such a device takes only 5 minutes. UX11 can climb to a height of up to 6000 m.
