The mayor explained that the restrictive measures introduced at the end of September are also relevant for those who have already suffered from COVID-19. All for the reason that it is not yet clear how long-term immunity is. People with diabetes should stay at home while the additional measures are in place, as they are at increased risk of complications. Speaking about some educational institutions, Sobyanin pointed out that the authorities do not oblige them to go on vacation, but recommend that they resort to such for two weeks.
The mask mode associated with the pandemic is also preserved in Moscow. If a person refuses to wear a mask and gloves, shops and businesses have the right not to service him. At metro and MCU stations, the price of protective equipment has been reduced to 5 rubles, while refusal to use them faces a fine of 4 thousand.
