Security guards detained a TikToker from Kharkiv region who worked for Putin's propaganda

A “Tik Tok expert” who called for the seizure of power in Ukraine was detained in the Kharkiv region.

The man came to Ukraine from Azerbaijan and had a permanent residence permit. He lived in Zmiev and since March 2023, he decided to distribute content with anti-Ukrainian theses on the Tik Tok platform.

“The so-called “expert” in the video about “reasons for war” repeated pro-Russian narratives, and also called on Ukrainians to unite and stand against the incumbent president. The man spoke about the threat from NATO, due to which the Russian president began the so-called “own”, oppression of Russian-speaking people and justified the actions of the military of the aggressor state. The illegal nature of the man's statements was confirmed by the conclusion of linguistic (semantic-textual) expertise,” the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office reported.

A 32-year-old man was suspected of spreading public calls for a violent change and overthrow of the constitutional order, as well as for the seizure of state power, and was taken into custody.
