Scientists have named an easy way to improve memory and learning in two minutes

Scientists described how a person can improve their memory and learning, spending just two minutes. The conclusions of the study were made by Swedish experts from Linkoping University.

The experts analyzed a large number of studies on a topic of interest. According to the information on the pages of Translational Sports Medicine, a total of 13 scientific papers were studied. It assessed how running, walking and cycling affects the well-being of citizens aged 18 to 35. It turns out that even two minutes of moderate-level aerobic exercise is enough to boost concentration and memorization for several hours. These outcomes can have significant implications for education.

One of the co-authors of the work, Peter Blomstrand, representing Jönköping University in Sweden, emphasized that exercise makes a person smarter.
