Scientists have invented a technology that increases the efficiency of solar panels up to 90%

A group of scientists from China and the US has invented a revolutionary new method aimed at improving the performance of solar panels. The new technology increases their efficiency to 90%.

Thanks to the new technology, solar cells have already increased their efficiency by 25%. After long-term operation, the panels retain up to 90% of their productivity. That is, the batteries work longer and with better quality.

How to improve the performance of batteries

The main problem with the operation of solar batteries is that after long-term use with defects appear. And it is difficult to eliminate them, because the materials used to protect the panels lose their effectiveness over time. Therefore, the performance of batteries deteriorates over time.

Therefore, as a result of experiments for research, a group of scientists invented a method that consists in using terpyridine as a means to protect batteries from defects and damage regardless of how long they work. This allows the material to be used in high concentrations without harming the efficiency of the batteries.

Researchers are confident that their discovery will help make solar cells more reliable and durable, which is especially important in conditions of growing demand for energy-saving technologies.
